Currently we have just one Holiday home for sale this being a brand new 2010 model, Willerby Herald Gold, 30 x10 two bedrooms (sleeps 6), extras include UPVC double glazed windows and doors, galvanized chassis, environmental colour exterior, fridge, and microwave, this holiday home also comes with warm-air heating to bedrooms and kitchen with heated towel-rail to bathroom, and gas fire to lounge. This holiday home is fully sited on pitch 4 with spectacular views form the main bedroom across the National trust farmland to Fowey, the views from the living area are across the park and the headland beyond. All our holiday homes are well spaced with parking.

This holiday home will have a formal agreement of the B.H.&H.P.A, for a period of ten years; licence agreement, purchase agreement, and all terms and conditions within these agreements and our park rules will be available at time of viewing
